Satchel was founded by Sahara O’Hanlon in 2018. Through Cafe Josephine, she brings her love for good coffee and nutritious comfort food to the Randall Museum community and neighborhood. 

Here at Cafe Josephine, we make delicious food using the best ingredients, minimally processed, sourced from nearby places. We believe that everything we do must be exceptional. We only partner with like-minded, values driven vendors. Our philosophy is to create simply, and to always pursue flavor. We respect the seasons and have fun with them. 

We want to surprise and delight our guests with a complete experience. We work with nice people who care, and we do what we can to make their lives better. It is important to us that we contribute to the communities we are in, and not to waste stuff.
